Phunkit was brought into being by Christian Steinmüller in the year of 2008 in Berlin and is these days run together with Silvio Müller. As to the style of music, Phunkit Records capitalize on organic, deep and tech-like house stuff as well as on swinging club tools. With current artists such as George Soliis, Leevey, Hawkinson, Steinmüller and Takt Tick, many solid craftsmen and masters of their trade with convincing features such as an interesting background, substance and consistency are part of the team.
